Heather E. Hudson is professor of communications policy in the Institute of Social and Economic Research at the University of Alaska Anchorage, and has been a Sproul Fellow at the University of California, Berkeley, a Sloan Industry Fellow at Columbia University, and held a Fulbright Policy Research Chair at Carleton University in Canada.
