Exam/Desk Copy Request Form

Instructors who have formally adopted books for courses may request complimentary print or ebook desk copies by filling out the form below. Proof of adoption may be requested.
Instructors who wish to consider books for course adoption may request exam copies by filling out the form below. Ebook exam copies will be sent at no charge. Paperback exam copies can be purchased for $10.00 (per book, no additional shipping charges). If paperback is selected, you will receive an email with promo code allowing a 1 time order at the special price.
If you are requesting multiple titles for one course, please do so in the ‘Notes’ field. Limit 3 books per course.

Please be aware that shipped books will arrive in boxes labeled "The University of Chicago Press" (our distributor). All books are sent via USPS and should arrive within three weeks.
